I am a little lost at the moment, actually been lost for a while. It is hard to believe at my age that I could still be lost.  For some reason, I thought I would be doing something different, something worthwhile.

My kick lately is reading books. I have not read a book for the last 19 years (at least one that I wanted to read) and now I am reading like mad, mostly metaphysical and self help books. If someone has any suggestions, please feel free to blurt out.

As my journey progresses (and if anyone is interested), I will update this section as I obtain a better understanding of …….. I am about to start a journey of yoga and meditation. This should be a very interesting time for me, because my previous thoughts on these subjects were a little rudimentary.
