What would you like to learn today?

This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for December 08, 2007:

The list is long but I really going to learn to meditate properly. I've tried and I just don't think that I'm capable. I won't give up though, this is something that I want to do.

There are so many opinions about how to meditate, what is the correct way? I mean, what is the right way for me?
